Updated /kit to include some more items but also a secret item for the owner of the plugin (me)
Removed the anti-server hosting ads feature
Added two new trolls in /troll: smite and launch
Removed /enchant just use vanilla /enchant for now
Fixed /fly so now it correctly toggles
/game no longer crashes the server instead it just completes instantly.
