Story1 - Deal function
Card - As a user, I would like to be able to be dealt 4 cards across the columns of the given table, so that I can keeping playing the game
Conversation - We will add a card to the end of each array, arrays being the columns of the table, that way the cards will be displayed properly
Confirmation - The cards are displayed properly
