Offer to create new test suite if no suite is currently configured when running discovery or running tests.
Show discovery status as "in progress..." while running.
Disallow running discovery twice in parallel.
Fix output always auto-scrolling to the bottom even when no changes because "translate_tabs_to_space" is enabled.
