Add package option
pdfsubstitutesthat controls whether PDF-substitute macros will be setup.The substitution breaks the compatability with some packages (#3) or even classes (#10).
Therefore, new default is not to setup substitutions. This is different from the previous versions!
To enable PDF-macro substitutions (again) pass
pdfsubstitutes=trueor simplypdfsubstitutestoTypoG.
