Build a public website through some web hosting service. The site should have multiple pages and use the CSS media query mechanism to make the site work differently on phones versus laptop/desktop computers. The site should be complete; there should be no unfinished areas under construction.
If you use text from other sites, then you need to state this and provide a link to the source of the text.
It is possible to get free web hosting service. For example, GitHub provides a free means to publish Web pages through a service called GitHub Pages.
