🔄 Auto-sync OpenCode Sessions
The plugin now automatically syncs your OpenCode conversation history to the memory
index, enabling semantic search through past conversations!
- Auto-sync sessions when plugin loads (runs in background)
- Checks for updates every hour by default
- Search through historical conversations semantically
