- Use `declare` modifier on svc/fanSvc/lightSvc fields so ES2022 class-field
  initializers don't overwrite values assigned inside setupServices(), fixing
  the TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'updateCharacteristic')
  that was thrown on every poll cycle
- Deduplicate devices by friendly name in getDevices(): when the Afero API
  returns both a `fan` and a `ceiling-fan` metadevice for the same physical
  device, keep only the ceiling-fan entry, fixing the 2-fans-for-1-device issue
