• packaging: remove homebridge from peerDependencies — npm v7+ auto-installs peer dependencies which caused the Homebridge plugin verifier to flag homebridge and hap-nodejs as installed dependencies; homebridge is now declared only in devDependencies (for local TypeScript builds) and engines (for the version requirement), matching the standard verified plugin pattern
