Fixing Plans Page Header

Tasks:

• Analyze the issue - breadcrumb shows UUID instead of version name/tag
• Find the Plans page component in the codebase
• Identify where the version ID is used in the header/breadcrumb
• Fix to show version name or tag instead of ID
• Commit and push changes

What changed

packages/trpc/src/routes/deployment-plans.ts

• Updated the results procedure to also fetch versionTag and versionName from the deploymentPlan table
• Changed the return shape from a flat array to { version: { tag, name }, results: [...] }

apps/web/app/routes/ws/deployments/page.$deploymentId.plans.$planId.tsx

• Updated the breadcrumb to show version.tag ?? version.name ?? planId — falls back to the UUID only if neither is available
• Updated type references and data access to match the new response shape

The breadcrumb will now show the version tag (e.g. v1.2.3) if present, otherwise the version name, and only falls back to the raw UUID if neither is set.
