AI Policy

As of recent developments a clear AI Policy is needed. I propose a line similar to

"If any Code in Pull Requests is generated by AI or suspected of being generated by AI, 
the PR will be closed without further discussion"

With AI i mean LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.
Auto-completion with the help of e.g. Copilot in VS Code may be permitted, but i'm open for feedback.

Its probably sensible to have AGENTS.md and a line in README.md to make sure LLMs get stopped in their tracks. Maybe even a CLAUDE.md as per anthropics/claude-code#6235 (comment) . I'll look up if there are even more .md's needed

Gemini seems to rely on GEMINI.md and Context with GEMENI.md

It seems like there can be arbitrary context file names as per Customize the context file name
