ctx 2.2.2 fixes interrupted-upgrade recovery and restores an automatic path forward for older ctx installations.

  • The verified replacement binary can recover an interrupted installer transaction instead of getting stuck on the old executable.
  • Upgrade retries preserve the stopped daemons and their settings, then restart them on the new binary.
  • A freshly downloaded Windows installer can resume the original verified attempt.
  • Older installations use the smaller, full-feature 2.2.1 bridge before moving to 2.2.2. Current installations update directly to 2.2.2.

This release uses the normal-performance build. Your history, indexes, and existing opt-outs are preserved during upgrade.
