Known issues:

Numerous files under entries/xml have XML well formedness errors (i.e., lack of root element). Will be fixed in subsequent release.
Entry metadata does not include terms from "part" or "continues" divs, only from divs with id attributes and head elements
The repository has not been fully pruned leaving some vestigial and out of date files and directories

Caveats:

Travis CI has errored on the last 5 builds, so automated xml validation and derivative generation were not performed. Files under ms-xml were validated manually and passed.
