UPDATED VERSION of v1.1.0 as there was an error in annotation-metadata

Coinciding with 1.1.0 release of https://github.com/cu-mkp/making-knowing-edition It is a semi-major milestone from 1.0.0 as we are designing this to go along with updates for reviewers to look at the site and marks the first release after the departure of Project postdocs.
Most notably, extensive changes to xml since Feb 6, 2020 release for rendering of folio pages to mirror the facsimile as closely as possible.

Tenth release post-public release of Feb 6.
