This release includes:

README improvements for installation, migration, build, and deploy
Refactored setup/sync process to only grab needed files from Google Drive
New configuration option, assetServerURL, for deployment to a custom asset server

Bad regex causing some content to be missing (e.g. cu-mkp/m-k-annotation-data#172)
