• Ship two read-only skill presets inside the bundle: skill-creator for authoring
  and validating .catea/skills packages, and find-skill for locating existing
  skills locally and in the public index. Presets are prompt text that never lands
  in the vault; a vault directory of the same id shadows a preset, and a preset id
  cannot be written. Both are seeded into the enabled set once behind
  presetSkillsVersion, mirroring the existing permission defaults migration, so a
  later disable survives upgrades.

• Add the skill_list and skill_create tools. Creation is confined to
  .catea/skills/<id>/, validates the frontmatter, id and resource paths before
  touching the filesystem, refuses to overwrite without an explicit flag, and shows
  the full body for approval because the text enters every later system prompt.
  File, shell and native Obsidian tools keep rejecting hidden paths.

• Surface the source and description of each skill in settings, and label presets
  as built in.

• Adapt the authoring method from anthropics/skills (Apache-2.0) and the discovery
  method from vercel-labs/skills (MIT), replacing their Python evaluation harness
  and npx skills transport with the tools Catea actually has. Provenance and the
  substituted parts are recorded in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

• Add a BYOK vendor preset grid in Settings: pick from 21 official vendors
  (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, 智谱, 通义千问, 百度千帆, MiniMax,
  豆包, xAI, Mistral, Groq, Nvidia, 硅基流动, ModelScope, 阶跃星辰, LongCat,
  小米 MiMo, 腾讯混元 and more) with searchable icon tiles; protocol, endpoint,
  default model and context window are prefilled so only an API key is needed.
  Keys reuse the existing encrypted/secret-storage paths, an existing key for the
  same vendor prefills the form, and endpoint derivation now respects explicit
  /v2–/v4 API versions instead of inserting a second /v1.

• Retry automatic conversation titles, persist selected quotes and skill tags,
  simplify tool loading indicators, and keep response footer controls on one row.

0.3.20

Fix the failed 0.3.19 marketplace source review. The original 434 unsafe-type findings had cleared, but importing the complete Node declaration package introduced declaration lint errors. This release replaces that package with a small Node API contract checked against the official types, and includes declaration files in the full official lint regression.

No runtime features or permission behavior change.

Validation: 378 tests, 40 behavior regressions, build, formatting, typecheck and lint passed. The dependency-poor scanner regression covers 147 runtime source files plus declarations. Obsidian's branch preview for commit 013846d completed with no source findings before this release.

The attached main.js and styles.css are built and attested by GitHub Actions. Filesystem, shell, network and clipboard capabilities remain disclosed in SECURITY.md.
