• model_fallback now defaults to true — provider discovery and fallback resolution are active out of the box without explicit opt-in. Subagents automatically select appropriate models from connected providers instead of inheriting the primary model.
• Set model_fallback: false to restore previous behavior (all subagents use the primary model).
• Documentation updated across README, configuration guide, and debugging guide to reflect the new default.
