Remove compact tool renderers feature.

The compact tools system wrapped Pi's built-in tools (read, bash, edit, write, find, ls) with one-line summary renderers and a /toggle-verbose command. In practice the extra abstraction added complexity without meaningful benefit — full tool output is perfectly readable.

Removed

  • src/tools/compact-tools/ — compact render wrappers for Pi built-in tools
  • /toggle-verbose command
  • compact_tools config block (enabled, default_expanded) from schema
  • "Compact Tool Output" section from /blackbytes-status
