Fixed

  • Override read tool renderResult to strip LINE#ID| anchors from TUI display. Users now see clean syntax-highlighted code; LLM still receives anchored content for hashline_edit precision.
  • Stop mutating event.content in tool_result handler — only return modified content for conversation history.
  • Remove write tool content rewrite — Pi's native response passes through unchanged.
