- Better folding of long lines in manual.
- Strip URL fragment identifier (#) from output filename.
- Fix missing argument crash for options.
- Prevent silent overwrite with --output on older curl
- Disable shell glob expansion.
- Drop 'badwords' ("simply", "just") from docs, based on curl checker.
- Percent-encode backslashes found in the file name.
- Do not percent-decode DEL in the output file name.
