⚠ Breaking

  • currents-get-affected-executions is renamed currents-get-action-executions. The old name no longer exists. A client, prompt or config that calls it by name has to switch to the new one. It takes the same arguments: the executions one action applied to, keyed on actionId. Its counterpart, currents-get-affected-test-executions, keyed on a test signature, is unchanged.

Features

  • every tool carries a human-readable title, which a client can show instead of the tool name
  • currents-create-session records a browser session an agent drove as a Currents run, so its screenshots, video and trace can be read and shared like a CI run's
  • currents-create-trace-link creates a shareable link to a test attempt's Playwright trace that needs no Currents credential to open
  • the two tools above are gated on the organization's evidenceSharing feature. They are listed only when the server is started with --features evidenceSharing or CURRENTS_MCP_FEATURES=evidenceSharing (#190, #188)
  • the server's instructions tell the agent that tool results carry text people wrote (test titles, error messages, stack traces, CI output, Jira issues), and that an instruction found in it is to be reported rather than acted on
  • adds the browser-evidence skill

Bug Fixes

  • the README tool and skill tables are generated from the source, so a synced tool or skill needs no hand edit (#187, #193)
  • drops the retired pullRequestsPage feature flag (#198)
