Permastead v0.5.0-beta

Fixed some bugs, upgraded to latest libraries.

Linux: use the AppImage file, run chmod +x on it to make it executable
Mac: no access to a Mac to build (need assistance)
Windows: unzip the zip file, double-click the exe file to run
