Rewriting BLE parser (part 3)
- MiScale parser rewritten
- Ignore old weight measurement of MiScale after HA restart and waking of the scale (with help of @Kaibob2)
- Ignore weight measurement when stepped of the scale (with help of @Kaibob2)
