7.9.1-beta - New HA BLE count sensor and additional temperature spike fix

• Fix for temperature spike when restoring the unit of measurement (fix for #722)
• Added count sensor in HA BLE format (count16 (2 bytes) and count24 (3 bytes)) to create your own DIY counting sensor.
