M1: ADR-101 — links as first-class structured CRDT edges (prerequisite) #684

Description

@cuttlefisch

Part of epic #683. Design: ADR-101 (PR #682). Hard prerequisite of M3 — a machine link has no durable home until this lands.

ADR-101 phases 0–5: schema_v=3 tolerant readers + eager seed; structured-edge CRUD on KbNodeDoc; Node/MaterializedNode round-trip; projector union (human inline ∪ machine structured, load-bearing); surface provenance+confidence on read; optional single-writer backfill.

Gate tests: a machine accepted edge survives a body edit + reproject (the core regression); N-way convergent edge upsert; no upcast-on-read; pending/rejected never projected live; human-vs-machine collision → human wins.
