openvox-gui 3.14.2 — agent install uses the CA

Stable release after 3.14.0. Promotes the 3.14.1-dev train.

Agent install talks to the CA

Clustered install.bash bakes the CA VIP from .env or from Cluster CA VIP FQDNs. It does not bake the compiler VIP. Saving those settings rewrites /opt/openvox-pkgs/install.bash.

After upgrade, grep '^CA_SERVER=' /opt/openvox-pkgs/install.bash should show the CA VIP.

Fresh installs can run Bolt

install.sh copies bolt-plugin/ into the install tree and installs openvox_enc. Upgrades refresh the live module. The old failure was Unknown plugin: 'openvox_enc'.

The package mirror finishes the sync

One failed package, an unpublished yum arch, or a full disk no longer leaves a half-sync that looks successful. OpenVox 8 and 9 are selected together. Sync now runs when sudo requires a TTY.

Also in this release

• Python 3.11 is the floor (SQLAlchemy 2.1.4). The installer supplies Python 3.12 when the system Python is older.
• The Nodes page counts each certname once.
• Node and report rows are links. The command palette moves with the arrow keys.
• Viewer accounts no longer mount Orchestration, Code Deploy, Agent Install, Hiera files, or configuration.

Upgrade

sudo /opt/openvox-gui/scripts/update_local.sh

Hard-refresh browsers once. Hosts on Python 3.10 need 3.11 or newer before this upgrade.
