zworkshop v0.1.0 — Ubuntu Workshop automation

Highlights

• Added the root-native Ubuntu Workshop installer with installation, bootstrap, lifecycle, execution, interfaces, SDKs, sketches, diagnostics, completion, JSON output, and safe dry-run support.
• Added fake-backend tests, root-layout and documentation-contract checks, and non-mutating CI smoke coverage.
• Aligned GitHub Actions with checkout v7, CodeQL v4, and dependency-review v5.
• Updated project and GitHub documentation for operation, security, contribution, release, ownership, and issue/PR workflows.

Validation

• Local make ci, ShellCheck, syntax checks, Python YAML parsing, and Workshop smoke checks passed.
• GitHub CI, Workshop wrapper smoke, and CodeQL passed for commit f0d94d4.
• The release-prep commit is GPG-signed and contains no live snap/LXD runtime state.
