General

  • Upgrade to JDK21 / Spring 6
  • Added CX Dev Proxy Extension for local web proxy
  • Upgrade to latest versions of extension and libraries

Breaking changes

  • Due to legal issues the naming sapcx had to be removed from all extensions and the library itself. Therefore, all extensions have been renamed to cxdev* and are now available in the custom/cxdevtools folder. Also the package prefix has been changed from tools.sapcx.* to me.cxdev.*. All references need to be updated within your local project. The item types have not been changed in terms of naming or type codes.
  • With the new JDK21 and Spring 6, the OAuth2 flows have been changed fundamentally. Therefore, the single sign on extensions have been removed, because they are no longer required. Instead, please upgrade your SSO to the provided mechanism of the platform itself.
  • The search extension has been removed as it did not provide the expected benefits accross projects.
