How to use

  1. Click the green "< > Code" bottom.
  2. Click "Download ZIP" to download the repository to your machine.
  3. Unzip the repository and move it somewhere to your machine that you can remember.
  4. The instruction material is in the "Lecture_Rmd" folder.
  5. The "Data"" folder contains example data files required for demonstrations and exercises.
  6. When you run Rmd files, result files will populate the "Results" folder.

Additional notes

Please go to this Zenodo record to download the example data required for "S10_in_class_activity.Rmd" and move them into the "Data" folder.
