windle v0.1.0 — first public release

Ship or slash. windle puts promises on the line: teams back a checkable onchain claim with collateral, a YES/NO market prices it, and at the deadline the program reads the chain. This release opens the source of everything that runs today.

Important

windle is pre-launch. Protocol programs are not deployed; markets on the website are illustrative demo data and no real funds are involved.

• Monorepo on npm workspaces: apps/{web,app,auth,docs,api}, packages/{tokens,brand,shared}, infra/.
• Design system — OKLCH tokens for Tailwind 4 with sRGB mirrors for three.js, the WindleMark component.
• API contracts shared between client and server as zod schemas (@windle/shared).
• Production infra as code — docker compose (Postgres 17, Redis 7, imgproxy), nginx with per-site CSP, immutable static releases with atomic switch and rollback, health-gated API deploys, backups.
• Repository hygiene — CI (lint, typecheck, test, build), CodeQL, Dependabot, issue forms, private vulnerability reporting.
