Registration lookup integrity

  • RDAP redirects validate every target and retain a per-hop timeout (#1)
  • CIDR registration lookups and CRLF WHOIS parsing are preserved (#7, #8)
  • Removed an unused request-context helper and refreshed manifests (#9)
