geography auto-detection fixes, mcp-ts-core 0.11.0 maintenance

  • census_resolve_geography no longer misresolves bare city and spelled-out state names — auto-detection now tries an ordered layer chain instead of defaulting to county (#15)
  • ambiguous_name candidates carry a real state abbreviation instead of rendering blank, and fire on any 2+ match instead of only past a threshold of three (#18)
  • adopts an install-time supply-chain scanner (@socketsecurity/bun-security-scanner), Dockerfile cache-mount + pinned base image, .gitattributes, and .github/SECURITY.md
  • deps: @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.10.9 → ^0.11.0, typescript ^6.0.3 → ^7.0.2 (+ minor dev-dep bumps)
