v0.3.1: predicate value verification, pep/charv record splitting
predicate value verification, pep/charv record splitting
- Check census_list_predicate_values dictionary codes against a dataset's published rows and drop the ones it serves nothing for, naming a dead code by keyword instead of reporting no match (#26)
- Recognize the column that splits pep/charv into an April estimates-base and a July estimate per geography, carry it in a new record field on census_query_data, and refuse to rank it with a new ambiguous_rows error on census_compare_geographies until one is pinned (#27)
- Constrain within_naics to a valid NAICS pattern instead of silently scoping the enumeration to zero
