Enrichment adoption: query echo, result totals, and empty-result guidance in typed enrichment block

Search/count/field-defs/eligibility tools now surface enrichment in both structuredContent JSON and the content[] markdown trailer, reaching clients on either channel.

Changed:

  • clinicaltrials_search_studies, get_study_count: searchCriteria and noMatchHints output fields moved to enrichment block; both channels receive query echo and zero-result guidance
  • clinicaltrials_get_field_definitions: searchQuery output field moved to enrichment; no-match notice added for search mode
  • clinicaltrials_find_eligible: searchCriteria, funnel, and noMatchHints output fields moved to enrichment; funnel diagnostics always populate; no-match notice identifies which filter stage collapsed

Dependency bumps:

  • @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.9.13 → ^0.9.16

320 tests pass; bun run devcheck clean.
