Three format() and enrichment fixes across content[] rendering

  • get_study_record renders the Locations header and reason when a nearLocation filter matches zero sites, instead of dropping the section silently (#96)
  • find_eligible renders each site's LocationStatus in content[], matching structuredContent and get_study_record's bracket convention (#91)
  • get_field_definitions surfaces the pre-cap totalMatches in search-mode enrichment, so a capped result can be sized against the real match count (#95)
