Response parity and DOI-safe projection

  • crossref_search_works force-includes DOI in select= projections so every result stays resolvable, even when the caller's fields list omits it (#1)
  • crossref_search_works returns full author lists — dropped the 10-author cap (#32)
  • crossref_get_references pages via offset/limit instead of truncating content[]; crossref_search_works renders full abstracts; crossref_get_member scales coverage precision so small fractions don't round to 0% (#31)
  • Framework adoption: mcp-ts-core, TypeScript, and dev-dep bumps; Dockerfile installs with --omit=peer; resynced scripts/ and skills/
