MathML formulas, citation fields, and publication updates

  • MathML formulas in every title, abstract, and reference field read as the deposited TeX annotation, else a linear form of the presentation tree (x_i, A^{−1}, √(m), (Np)/(N−p)), else name(child, …); _ is escaped in content[] wherever CommonMark could read it as emphasis (#62)
  • crossref_get_work adds volume, issue, page, articleNumber, isbn, and editors, sharing the locator fields and line with crossref_search_works, whose locators are now Markdown-escaped (#65)
  • crossref_get_work adds updatedBy, updateTo, and grouped relations, with a notice naming recorded update types and sources (#66)
  • Fixes: linear-time region and link-text matching on unclosed or malformed markup (#72); **Subjects:** no longer folds into the author list and crossref_get_references locators are escaped (#73); README VS Code install badge URL-encoding
  • deps: commonmark ^0.31.2 and @types/commonmark ^0.27.10 added (dev)
