mcp-ts-core ^0.10.14, supply-chain hardening

RxNorm wording reconciled and a dead error contract removed alongside framework and dependency maintenance.

Changed:

  • RxNorm wording reconciled to "current normalized set" across server instructions, medcode_list_systems, and the Dockerfile LABEL (#12)

Removed:

  • medcode_search_codes's unreachable no_match error contract — zero-match was always a successful empty result (#15)

Dependencies:

  • @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.10.9 → ^0.10.14
  • @socketsecurity/bun-security-scanner ^1.1.2 (new) — bunfig.toml minimumReleaseAge 3-day hold + install scanner
  • Dockerfile pins oven/bun:1.3.14, adds --ignore-scripts to the build stage
  • @biomejs/biome 2.5.0 → 2.5.3, @types/node ^26.0.0 → ^26.1.1, ignore ^7.0.5 → ^7.0.6, tsc-alias ^1.8.17 → ^1.9.0, vitest ^4.1.9 → ^4.1.10
  • transitive js-yaml 3.14.2 → 3.15.0 clears an advisory

99 tests pass; bun run devcheck clean.
