MCP 2026 compatibility and stateless HTTP

  • MCP 2026-07-28 and 2025-era clients now use strict tool inputs and the structured error envelope.
  • Definition lists and station metadata advertise public cache hints; HTTP serving explicitly defaults to stateless.
