marine/air-quality archive access, cadence validation

  • openmeteo_get_marine and openmeteo_get_air_quality gain past_days, start_date/end_date archive access, DataCanvas spillover, and marine's forecast_days ceiling rises to 8 (#30)
  • A variable placed in the wrong hourly/daily field is now rejected before the request, naming the value and its correct field, instead of returning a misleading 400 or a silent all-null success — variable_wrong_cadence guard on forecast/historical/marine/ensemble plus an "undefined"-unit notice on all seven weather tools (#26)
  • Docs, manifests, and plugin metadata updated for both
