Per-cadence preview bounding, documented model catalog

  • Canvas-less preview on openmeteo_get_forecast, openmeteo_get_historical, and openmeteo_get_marine bounds hourly and daily separately, so a wide hourly window no longer empties the daily preview (#32)
  • openmeteo_get_ensemble and openmeteo_get_climate get a documented model catalog backing their advertised lists and isolating a rejected climate model from valid siblings in the echo; ensemble's member ceiling corrected to 64 (#31)
  • Refreshed catalogs, server instructions, and design notes to match
