mcp-ts-core 0.12 adoption — strict tool inputs, resource cache hints, cross-platform Docker build

  • Tool inputs are strict at the root; an undeclared argument key is now rejected by name instead of stripped (⚠️ Breaking)
  • openchargemap://station/{id} declares an output schema and a 600s cache hint
  • Dockerfile cross-compiles cleanly on Bun 1.4.0, avoiding a QEMU allocator crash on multi-arch builds
  • Docs and repo hygiene: CONTRIBUTING.md + CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md added, SECURITY.md contact moved to security@caseyjhand.com, .env.example session mode pinned, renderComment link-duplication fix
  • deps: @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.11.1 → ^0.12.3 (+ dev-dep bumps)
