openfda_drug_profile composite tool

Single-call consolidated FDA drug profile: resolves one drug name to canonical FDA identity once, then fans out in parallel across label, adverse events, recalls, approval, and shortage endpoints.

Added:

  • openfda_drug_profile — identity resolution + parallel fan-out across 5 openFDA endpoint categories; best-effort per section; avoids identifier drift from naive tool chaining (#10)

295 tests pass; bun run devcheck clean.
