Prompt sequence fixes: committee totals, coordinated expenditures, cycle pinning

  • openfec_money_trail and openfec_campaign_analysis now chain openfec_get_committee_totals and openfec_search_coordinated_expenditures (#24)
  • Both prompts pin cycle on itemized Schedule A/B/E calls when one is supplied
  • openfec_lookup_elections step in openfec_campaign_analysis now names the office/state/district it requires
