content[] parity, get_summary field mapping, description cleanup

  • format() no longer re-slices arrays structuredContent already returns in full — xref IDs, gene/taxonomy synonyms and lineage, and MeSH classes now render completely instead of stopping at 20/10/3 items (#37)
  • pubchem_get_summary assay substance counts and taxonomy lineage/synonyms now populate, reading the upstream keys PubChem actually emits (#39)
  • tool/resource descriptions no longer leak implementation detail or maintainer shorthand (#35)
