Offset pagination for xrefs/assays, compound-details paging + fan-out disclosure

  • pubchem_get_compound_xrefs gains offset to page past the first page of each requested xref type (#38)
  • pubchem_search_assays gains offset pagination, mirroring pubchem_get_bioactivity from 0.5.0 (#38)
  • pubchem_get_compound_details gains synonymOffset/descriptionOffset batch-wide paging, and now discloses its 10-CID PUG View fan-out cap via enrichedCids/skippedCids — a capped-out CID previously looked identical to one PubChem has no description for (#38, #40)
  • README: dropped an "all known synonyms" overclaim, clarified paging wording, fixed a stale bioactivity cap bullet

#38 partially delivered — pubchem_search_compounds and pubchem_get_compound_interactions remain uncapped, tracked for a future release.
