- Framework patch bumps: landing-page monolith split + strict CSP on GET / + render memoization when publicUrl is set (0.6.9); release skill renamed to release-and-publish v2.0 and setup skill expanded (0.6.10). No library API changes.
- CLAUDE.md: skills table lists release-and-publish; Publishing section now directs at the skill (adds mcp-publisher publish); checklist adds form-client safety, format() completeness, and three NCBI-wrapping items.
- Skills synced: release-and-publish v2.0 (new), setup v1.4 → v1.5.
