mcp-ts-core 0.13.14 adoption

  • mcp-ts-core ^0.13.6 → ^0.13.14: tool errors carry data.requestId (0.13.10), numeric strings and null optionals repaired before validation (0.13.14), integers accepted for string fields (0.13.9), MCP SDK 2.1 transport refusals (0.13.9), registry HTTP entry starts HTTP (0.13.11)
  • Tool handlers drop the explicit ctx.recoveryFor forwards: the framework fills each declared recovery hint from the errors[] contract (0.13.10), and the hints callers receive are unchanged; ref_unit_convert's unreachable fallback throws internalError
  • Dockerfile ported to the framework template: dependencies install in a deps stage on the build platform (0.13.10), OTel packages via scripts/install-otel.ts (0.13.10), musl-only packages pruned (0.13.11), base image oven/bun:1.4.2
  • Repo and packaging: CodeQL job per language, ignore-file and .mcpbignore coverage, package.json files/packageManager/rebuild, .env.example and server.json aligned with the template, framework skills and scripts resynced, CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md updated
