single companion url, every companion filename accepted

  • ris_search_drafts materials collapses to one url per companion — the
    companion's HTML rendition, or its PDF where RIS files none — instead
    of an object of four rendition URLs; breaking for materials[].urls
    readers (#34)
  • ris_get_document now accepts every companion filename shape RIS
    publishes, not only the 2026-era Materialien_/Schreiben_/Anlagen_ +
    UUID shape — 79.7% of the live corpus was previously refused (#35)
  • document_url refusal messages split by cause; a companion 404 now
    points at urls_only + content_urls.pdf instead of a generic recovery
