mcp-ts-core 0.12.5, dependency refresh

  • An SEC 5xx classifies as ServiceUnavailable instead of InternalError; a caller that disconnects mid-call as RequestCancelled (-32011)
  • Server identity resolves from the served package rather than the working directory of the launching client
  • Records logged from setup() are replayed instead of dropped
