sitematrix edition registry, redirect resolution, geosearch bounds

  • Replace the hand-maintained 227-code edition allowlist with a live registry built from the MediaWiki action=sitematrix endpoint (#26)
  • wikipedia_get_languages: fix wrong-host langlinks composition for langcode!=subdomain editions (#24), resolve redirects and report source_title (#27)
  • wikipedia_search_nearby: raise limit to the upstream ceiling of 500, add a 10m radius_meters floor (#29, #30)
  • simple.wikipedia.org is now reachable across all six tools via a shared BCP 47 shape check (#31)
  • deps: @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.10.14 -> ^0.11.0
